The cabin is spotlessly clean, insulated and very comfortable and well equipped for a space to base while exploring Rotorua and all of its wonders.

Maybe a cup of tea and a good book is your thing then there are loads of nooks and private spaces in the garden under the shady trees or in the potting shed out of the heat of the sun.

Private, Secure and very inviting set in the corner of the back garden.

A laundry is available for your use and the clothes line is a few short steps away.

A local grocery store and bus service to town operates from the front of the property.

Very secure and very private with off street parking and as much or as little interaction with us as you like, it's your holiday after all!

The main house is visible from the cabin but doesn't have direct views so while you are near you still have your privacy.

Unlimited Wifi and TV/Freeview included.

BBQ available for your use and undercover outdoor dining space in the garden to enjoy.

3 Women live on the property, An 86 Year old Treasured Mum/Mum in Law and us (Female Couple).

The cabin is situated in the back garden for family & friends although
It's a shame for it to be empty when it can be enjoyed at other times.

We moved into the main house a few years back to take care of Mum but also enjoy hosting guests in our other holiday properties it's lovely to spend longer and chat more.
