Smoked fish is our specialty using the old fashioned technique of a wood fire using manuka to do a slow smoke with usually a minimum of 8 hours to give it that full flavour. Only our smoked salmon contains sugar, all our other fish is sugar free! And all products Gluten Free! Our products are available to the public at BOI Farmers Market Thursday in Paihia 1:30pm-5pm & Saturday The Old Packhouse Market in Kerikeri 8am-1:30pm. Also available during these times is FRESH FISH! (Subject to availability)
