Hi I’m Russell Oliver the Small Business Coach and We’re here to provide affordable Small Business advice for those who are starting up or are in their infancy when it comes to owning and running a small business.

I believe that everyone deserves to grow in their chosen profession whether it is a Marketer, event planner, carpenter or event planner, you should feel excited and passionate without the constraints of their financial burden that small businesses face when asking for advice and help.

Collectively we have had 15 years experience owning and managing three businesses such as being a owner driver for courier-post, Co-Owning and managing Romantic Gestures with my wife Natasha as well as Managing the books Implementing Marketing plans and events such as surprise marriage proposals and wedding events as well as Owning and managing Romantic Getaways NZ which enabled me to tap into the tourism industry (international and domestic).

I have been in the military for over 16 years learning various skills such as Leadership & Team management, Inventory management, Process development, Implementation & improvement.

The skills, values and education I have been exposed to whilst in service is more than of value to me, it is a part of my life and reason for existing today, this has also ignited my passion and drive to help others start something great as well as bring valued knowledge and experience as well as developing effective processes within any business.

I have completed various business and marketing papers and this has broadened my knowledge and experience and I have already mentored 14 potential business owners to get off the starting block of being stagnant in their lives and enabled them to move forward to developing a successful businesses whilst providing valued advice whether you run a home business or shop.
