Rule & Reign Fitness

At Rule & Reign Fitness we challenge people to get up early and beat their bodies into submission with a gruelling (but fun) workout! Each session is a 45 minute circuit, with a 5-10 minute warm up and warm down at the end. So come on down to Newlands Community Centre and challenge yourself to reach that next level, every Thursdays 5.30am. See you there!!
