The perfect family getaway for large or multiple families travelling together in a super quiet and convenient location. Only 15 minute drive to Rotoruas great tourist attractions such as mountain biking, skyline, Rainbow springs and only 5 minutes from the world famous Agrodome and Agro adventures.

The small township of Ngongotaha which is just a 2 minute drive away has all your needs including a laundromat, Four Square super market, bakery,cafe, takeaways, NZ post shop.

Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms , lounge, kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. There is a deck if their are any smokers in your group( but please no smoking in the house).

Downstairs is a large rumpus room or 4th bedroom for the extended family. This room has two singles and a fold couch plus a selection of board games for the kids to play while the grown ups socialise upstairs. We have secure bike storage and room for your kayaks and other outdoor toys in our attached shed. There is room for a boat (18ft trailer the biggest so far) plus 3 carparks.

The garden is fully fenced and suitable for the children or grand children to run around while you watch from the above deck.

The convenient location is only a 40 metre walk down the drive way and on to a large reserve & famous Waititi stream. ideal for kayaks, paddle boards a quick game of cricket, meditation or even have a go at fly fishing.

The property includes free Wifi to help you keep up to date with the real world or a chance to share the pictures of your trophy Brown or Rainbow trout caught in the near by world famous Waititi stream.
