I contract directly to companies and organisations to provide onsite:
• Staff skill development especially effective business communication, such as presentations, email and report writing as well as telephone and listening skills
• Communication skills to staff with ESOL (English as a Second or Other Language) needs, wherever they might need them - at work, home or in the community.
Training courses usually involve:
• Conducting an analysis of learners' needs
• Setting goals for training in conjunction with organisation/company
• Designing curriculum and writing materials for learners
• Cooperatively developing individualised learning objectives for each learner depending on their needs
• Preparing and conducting sessions
• Monitoring each learner’s development against company goals and individual objectives
• Regular discussions with company personnel to maintain direction
• Providing company with a detailed final report of qualitative and quantitative achievements of the learners, and how learners can continue to develop their skills
• Providing each learner with an individualised report on their own achievements, and the areas of weakness they need to work on.
