Shipping

Shipping at present is through my local Post Shop. This is where I purchase Tracked Courier Bags so that if something did happen in the post I can hunt that parcel down with my tracking numbers. I travel to town everyday and can post parcels off pretty quickly.

For orders I will need between 2-8 weeks to custom make. Please discuss your time frame with me and we can go from there.

Romayse Policy

If there is structural damage to the Tutu within 14 days from receiving it- the elastic waistband breaks, the embellishments fall off, etc., you can ship the tutu back to me at your cost and I will repair the tutu and will ship it back to you at my cost.

Please make sure that you are purchasing the size that you need.. If you purchase that listing, you are purchasing that size. A separate Paypal invoice will be issued for a difference in price if necessary.

All custom orders are considered to be a Final Purchase as they are created to your specifications (measurements, tulle color, ribbon color, etc.).
Custom Orders

Refunds: Custom Orders are created using your choice in fabric colors, ribbon colors, flower style and color and based upon custom measurements either taken at the Design Session. Since these are Custom Orders, they are considered to be FINAL SALE and no Refunds will be given.

Exchanges: If the dress has NOT been created yet and materials HAVE NOT been ordered, the dress may be cancelled. Refunds WILL NOT be given, but a store credit will be issued for client to use on a different design or to put towards a different item. Exchanges will not be made after the dress has been started, completed or materials have been ordered.

Changes To Dress Design: Changes can be made in writing to the design of the dress (tulle color, ribbon color, structure of dress, flower choice) up to 4 weeks prior to designated delivery date at no additional charge. Changes requested in writing after this date may be accommodated at designer discretion with a $10 charge per change. Changes made after this date may delay and change the Final Delivery Date. Client will be notified at the time of the change request if this is necessary.

Imported Items:

If there is structural damage within 14 days of receiving it, you can send item/s back to me at your cost and I will fix it for you and ship back to you at my cost. If you need to exchange your item/s due to sizing or colour you will need to contact me, send item/s back to me at your cost and I will exchange or refund you the price that you paid for the item/s only as long as item/s are still left in the same condition as when I posted it.
