Rods been living in Matakana for 17 years, running his water business since 2006. He's just spent 2 years down in Christchurch helping with Rebuild. He owns 38 acres corner Wright Rd & Matakana Rd which he runs approx. 30 cattle. Rod has just had a milestone birthday, celebrating in Rarotonga with his family and friends. He enjoys most sports, and in his heyday played Rugby League for Northcote Tigers. He is married to Tina, and they have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren..
