Riverside Nutrition & Wellness Centre is a place for people in the community to gather in a fun, social, supportive atmosphere to learn about good nutrition & fitness for a healthy active lifestyle and to recognise their success and participation with joy and excitement encouraging them to feel part of the team and be a CHAMPION!

Events we host are: FREE Fun Community Fitness- Bootcamp, Weight Lose/Transformation Challenge, Community Nutrition Education....keep an eye on for upcoming events.
