Rhythmic Retune

The Rhythmic Retune experience is perfect for people who experience joint and muscle stiffness or pain.

There are six tables at Rhythmic Retune that move different parts of the body, including the legs, hips, pelvis, and ribs.

Rhythmic vibration from the tables creates a massaging effect throughout the whole body as the body moves gently and consistently. The continuous movement of each table has a toning effect that the core muscles are activated.

Lying on the tables generates feelings of relaxation, lightness and comfort, elevating the state of mind. During a session the rhythmic vibration generated by the tables moves the fluid matrix which constitutes approximately 65% of the body mass. This movement can and will rejuvenate the body. People report that subsequently they are left feeling amazingly relaxed, happy, and that joint, pain and sleep problems can magically disappear.
