Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) combines ‘tapping’ lightly on acupuncture points on the face, chest and hands while discussing problems to let go of negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs and past events. It helps restore emotional, mental and physical well being and brings the body’s energy meridians into healthy balance.

Quantum Energy Transformation™ promotes cellular healing using the innate wisdom of our bodies and our breath to move energy. With attention deep in the body, the breath helps to move and release energy and information stored in our cells letting go of unhelpful memories, beliefs and thoughts that create discomfort and unease.
