Massage is a great way to nurture your health and well-being of mind, body and soul. It is my privilege to massage you, and by listening to your tissues response with my hands I will provide you with targeted treatment at the appropriate depth.

I am passionate about helping people look after themselves through body work, whether it is through relaxation, deep tissue, sports or therapeutic massage, or a combination if that is what is required.

I have experience at a busy inner city clinic, have worked with elite domestic and international sports teams, as well as community and health and wellness events.
