Hi, I'm Amy and im the owner of Real Results Personal Training. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and have trained people from all walks of life and helped them achieve their goals.

I take boot camp training 2 x per week in Remuera on Tue and Fri at 8:30am.



I also provide nutritional advice and sell my own supplements as i believe good nutrition is essential in achieving real results.
