RAWE.

Hello and Welcome to RAWE.

Last year I became a mother to my beautiful boy, Charlie, and since then my perspective of food has completely changed. I wouldn’t class myself now as paleo, vegan or vegetarian; I have simply become more conscious of how I fuel my body. By doing so, it has helped me adapt to my new lifestyle and I have never felt better!

With this new lifestyle, I found one of the easiest and quickest ways to consume my greens and 5-a-day was in a smoothie. I purchased a blender and it changed our lives forever! I just couldn’t believe how easy it was to throw together amazing nutritious foods and be left with a healthy and delicious drink.

Becoming more aware of what I ate also led me to try healthier alternatives to naughty treats that I often loved to indulge in. Raw treats made with all natural ingredients are becoming more and more popular and I can understand why. You can be naughty without really being naughty!

In short, this has inspired me to create RAWE. I believe more adults and children should have access to healthy, nutritious and delicious food & drink whilst out and about at events and markets.

I am not a nutritionist nor a qualified dietician, I am simply a new mum wanting to share my learning journey with you about food and improving your wellbeing. My social pages will host a variety of recipes & tips with a little help from my expert friends.
