We are a group of Family & Friends motivating each other to loose weight, get fit, & lead a healthy lifestyle.
Why group training? It's social and easier to train with your friends! We are here to support and motivate each other and have fun while doing it....Better yet - it's FREE!
Days: Weekdays; Monday - Friday

Location: Endeavour Park, Picton 7220
We currently have three person's running the workouts, organising challenges and looking after social media - Rocky Leofo, Gina Leofo & Diane Huntley.
Please note we are not qualified trainers and workout alongside you.
We are currently training outside which means it is weather permitted. We use alot of bodyweight/running/rope/weightplates/stairs/tyres/hills, & hoping to get more equipment soon to help progress your fitness.
