Rancho Kiaora

We are a couple who started building their own urban garden in Melbourne, Australia a few years ago. After a while, we decided the urban life wasn´t for us anymore and that we would go back to Latin America - where we are originally from, to build our own homestead.
BUT, first, we would spend one year traveling all along New Zealand, getting to know different farms and homesteads to take the kiwi knowledge back to Uruguay, where we are moving next!
For us, the choice was the radical change, but having both been born in a cosmopolitan city like Buenos Aires, Argentina, we know that many of the things we´ve learned are transferable to the urban life, improving the quality of life and food. That is why we want to share the information that we've been absorbing this past two years so that all those who wish it, CAN produce food locally and lead a more sustainable life!
