Quest Recruitment Ltd was established in late 2002 having seen the need for a recruitment service that delivers exactly what it promises. It becomes very hard for larger agencies to keep adequate controls on what kind of service is being delivered at grass roots level and Heidi Boulton felt that the time had come to build an agency based on the old-fashioned belief in open, honest delivery.
