We offer an awesome range of free Les Mills Group Fitness classes for all members.
RPM, BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT, CX WORX and BodyBALANCE.

We are very proud to offer our own brand of small group training programmes - FIT OPS.

PT Central also runs Active Mum's courses.

The gym is fully equipped with a weights and cardio room, 2 studios, full bathroom facilities and plenty of parking.
