I'm Laura, a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer with a difference. I train clients who might be injured, have a medical condition or getting back into exercise after a long break. I honestly feel that the fitness industry has a tenancy to market itself at those who are already fit and healthy. There's lots of high intensity training, running, jumping, bootcamps, gyms. But what if those services aren't suitable for some people? Those are the people I like to help!

I train my clients both face to face and online with a view to getting fit, strong, healthy and confident. I'm here to get you back on track and living life to the full!
