I believe in health. I believe that achieving good body shape and regaining health and vitality should be achieved through a healthy way rather than starving yourself, over working out and to a point, surgery. I know how it feels, over the years I dieted, worked out to the point of exhausted and not exhilaration. Thank goodness, I have found balance. My continual disappointment however is not being able to get rid of the stubborn muffin top nor the gapless thighs no matter what I did. I just want it to be in the best shape I can be.
I am very excited and proud to be bringing in a revolutionary system (one of a kind in Australasia!), that uses technology that does no harm nor cause strain on the body, has multitude of scientific research proving results behind the elements it uses. And finally, found the secret of the stars! The part I’m most excited about is the health benefits that comes with it. Not only have I lost body fat but feeling so much more energetic and improvement in health.
I am a registered nurse with nearly 14 years of experience in various roles in the community including specialist nurse, nurse educator for services such as district/community nursing and long-term conditions. I have gained higher education and strong skills such as health assessments and health promotion to name a few. Additionally, I had been a health coach in Wellington for 5 years prior to moving to Dunedin in 2010. My husband and I have a beautiful family with 3 kids. I look forward to helping people regain their health, shape and confidence back.

I was thrilled when presented with the opportunity to introduce the Sauna Italia beauty system to Dunedin, having seen effective and provable results from this revolutionary system. Although we all try to be more active, life gets busy and demanding, and so often the pampering we deserve just doesn't seem to happen. As a working mother, I know how hard it was to find time for myself, and when I did, I didn't necessarily want that time to be a grueling experience! This is I find Sauna Italia system so appealing. Toning, getting rid of stubborn cellulite, sculpting and shaping your body in a relaxing, pampering environment. All you need to do is show up and we will do the rest. Time to treat yourself.
