BEGINNINGS:

The practise began at Waihi Beach in 1986 as Seaside Design.
It has focused on domestic (new and renovation) and small commercial projects
Larger commercial work expertise has been gained by working under contract to larger firms.

The Principal is Glenn Potier (B Architecture Auckland University)

SELECTED PROJECTS:

Galloway House: 1990
Athenree
A large new cedar clad house on a Kiwifruit orchard.
Use of passive solar principles and solar water heating

Accountants Office 1991:
Waihi
A new office building for a local accountant in a domestic style.

Beach House 1994:
Development at Pio shores Waihi Beach.
Two modern beach houses on the beach front.

Hyde House 1996:
Waihi Beach
A curved roofed Beach House.

Hyndman House 1998:
Waitete Rd, Waihi,
A large country house of natural stone and timber on an elevated site over looking the town of Waihi from the west.

Eagle House 2002:
Wharawhara Rd Katikati
A modern minimalist monopitch 2 level house in the country

Rosevear House 2005:
Waihi Beach
A small efficient casual tin clad beach house.

Burwell House 2008:
5 Savage Ave Waihi Beach.
A compact beach home built over an existing small bach which was renovated for guest accommodation.
