I have over 10 years experience in the field of paediatrics including at least 5 years experience helping preterm babies and their families. I also have just over 1 year experience as a mother of a child born preterm at 35 weeks.

Professionally I offer paediatric physiotherapy and child development services focusing on empowering family and community through respectful therapy. I believe in an emphasis on education and health promotion through activity, involvment & play.

I tackle a range of issues including burn prevention and management, healthy lifestyle promotion, respiratory assessment and education and developmental support.

I am also a baby wearing enthusiast who is currently training as a baby wearing consultant. As a consultant I aim to utilize my experience as a physiotherapist and mother to provide specialist advise on the benefits of baby wearing and the available options

Personally, I blog about my experiences as a stay at home mother, and share my views on respectful parenting and developmental reccomendations.
