Pilates is good for everyone and can be tailored to individual goals and requirements - whether you are an elite athlete, recovering from injury or wanting to improve your posture and movement patterns, or simply wanting to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing. Pilates technique is also safe, gentle and mostly low impact - but also challenging. It is easily adapted so that you can learn and develop at your own pace.

Price schedule:
Small group classes: $160-$200 per term (terms range from 8-10 weeks in length)
2-person class: $25 weekly classes or $30 casual
Private class: $45 weekly classes or $50 casual
