A Modern Designer Home in the beautiful Pigeon Bay, near Akaroa, in New Zealand. Romantic getaway with a cedar Hot Tub in rural seclusion. Self catered accommodation with excellent kitchen facilities.

This Pigeon Bay Paradise is set on 5 ha of land, 500m from the bay. The grounds are developing into a beautiful ornamental and produce garden. The produce gardens consist of the potager garden by the house, a caged garden for fruiting crops, and the growing pathed orchard. Still in the properties infancy, the ornamentals' are still developing but the structure is now there, setting off the driveway and house. Encompassing the house and gardens is our own woodlands with gum, pine and natives in the gullies.

The wood lined cedar hot tub is a great way to enjoy the wonderful rural vistas.

There is a large open living/dining space that flows out to the outdoor living/dining space. The house has two en-suited queen bedrooms.
The living room and bedrooms include satellite TV and TV speakers. You're welcome to use the Wifi and the Living Room has a Smart TV. There's an iPod dock in the Living Room, and you can charge your phones in the USB port in the Clock Radio's in the two bedrooms.

Pigeon Bay is a lovely fishing and boating bay. There's a boat ramp and jetty. At the house there's a car port and plenty of parking for your cars and boat. Mussels, Paua, Crayfish and various fish can all be found.
If walking is more your thing, there is the Hay Reserve in Pigeon Bay and many walking tracks across the peninsula, including the Rail Trail from Little River.

Just 20 mins drive to Akaroa, with plenty of Restaurants, Cafe's, Galleries and Shops.
