Physique Training

The main reason why I am studying to become a personal trainer is because I want to share my passion and motivation for fitness and healthy living to make a positive difference in people's lives.
Alongside my love of teaching, I have a strong interest in exercise and eating a healthy diet. A healthy body performs well so becoming educated in this area is a pathway to developing a fit body.This lead me down the path to study the Certificate in Advanced Personal Training at Fit College.
So far I am really enjoying the course and part of my on-going assessment is to create this Facebook page for my future business.
