Our products are sourced from a variety of New Zealand and overseas suppliers. Our products can be bought via our online ordering facility, by phone, or by visiting us in Hamilton.



We keep our prices low by sourcing stock from all over the world and offering cost minimising sales channels which allow you to select your purchases in the comfort of your home or office and without the need to jump in your car to pick up your pet supplies. Of course you are always welcome to visit us in Hamilton if you choose.

If we do not have a product in stock we will advise you. If there will be a delay in supply of the item(s) ordered you will be given the option of waiting or we will provide a refund if you have pre-paid.
