Personal Best

I joined the Army straight out of school which was physically demanding, where I also played League. After the Army I started work with a small construction company and joined a gym to keep up my fitness. Now that I have a little energizer bunny of a son and a beautiful wife with the travel bug, I want to stay fit to keep up with them.The reason I want to become a Personal Trainer is to help/motivate others to achieve their physical goals and push past to reach their personal best.One day I hope to own my own gym.
