After arriving in the UK at the start of the 80s I got work as an assistant film editor and began to develop my own ideas – initially as a producer. These included music videos, some corporate work, an early film about drag Queens on the London scene (now sadly lost) and eventually my first TV Program as a Producer – a gay special on the newly formed Channel Four.
