Partum Terra Ceramic Design

Partum Terra is a ceramic studio in the heart of Pirongia, run by Austrian sculptor Gerlinde Weinzettl. She has been working with the medium of clay since 1984, having completed a 4 year ceramic arts study, then worked in ceramic workshops in Austria before immigrating to NZ. Since continuing her education at the Te Wananga o Aotearoa and completeing a bachelors degree in Media Arts at Wintec she has been busy at work in her own studio. There you will find beautifully formed and carved sculptures, quirky objects from outer space, or serene Patupaiarehe from the mists of Mount Pirongia. Inspiration comes from many sources,call in and be surprised.
