My aim is to offer technical support to help you manage and maintain your devices, as well as simplified workshops to explain jargon, ensure your safety (avoiding common pit falls and scams), and understand how to keep you and your information safe online.

My vision is to not only troubleshoot your device issues, but offer easy-to-understand training and support to ensure customers are educated and informed on how to use the Internet safely, and prevent technical issues from happening in the future.
