We are a small local family business that grow and process our own Pacific Oysters from nursery to retail; selling both tubed and live oysters. Oyster grades range from cocktail to large and are approx. available between April and November.

Oysters are an excellent source of Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C and D. Ideal for low-cholesterol diets and contain valuable Omega 3 fatty acids.

A serving of 4-5 oysters can supply your recommended daily amount of Calcium (for strong teeth and bones), Iodine (aids thyroid function), Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium (for control of muscles, nerves and blood pressure) and Zinc.
