Osteopathy is a hands on system of primary healthcare that emphasises work on the muscles and joints of your body to restore you to health and wellbeing.

We aim to achieve accurate diagnosis, effective treatment and thorough management for our patients.

We’ll identify and treat the cause of your problems, rather than just focus on the symptoms. Drawing on our extensive knowledge and experience we’ll work out which tissues are responsible, and devise the most effective treatment.

We use a variety of manual therapy techniques and are known for getting fast results. Most of our patients report reductions in symptoms after just one treatment.

Common problems we treat include back and neck strains, shoulder strains, hip pain and sciatica. However, we deal successfully with many other health issues and conditions as well, and Alf also has expertise in the treatment of young children and babies.
