Larissa is a nutritionist whose passion is to inspire, educate and motivate people to live a healthy, balanced life through eating well and being active.

Larissa became interested in Nutrition at the age of 14 while rowing competivley. In 2005 Larissa completed a Bachelor of Science Majoring in Human Nutrition at Otago University and has worked in the food industry since. She loves working with people to transform the way they eat so they can feel fantastic and perform at their best.
