My philosophy on nutrition is “eat whole food, real food that nature gave us. The most healthful and nutritious foods come directly from the earth. Foods can heal and restore they nourish every cell in our body so that our body functions well. If we want good health then we need to nourish our body.
When we don’t feed our body real food it can’t function properly. You can either fight disease or feed disease with the food you eat.
I love this saying from Thomas Edison it goes "The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but interest her or his patients in the care of the human frame, in proper diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.
So be mindful of what you eat, think will this help my body or will it hinder my body.
