Our Boxing Bootcamps combine functional training movements that utilise many muscles at once. This increases the amount of calories you burn at each session which means you get to your goal faster. We change the training program at each session so there is plenty of variation and you won't get bored. We also use other training tactics to keep you motivated. Available to all fitness levels.
