We are a small architectural practice based in Fairlie with over 15 years’ experience in Architecture ranging in small to large projects throughout Canterbury and Otago.

We are focused on creating unique buildings which relate to their individual surroundings, responding to both climatic conditions and ongoing client needs.

Having lived in various parts of the South Island, we have gained an insight into the importance of the relationship between a building and it's natural environment whether it be urban or rural.

We offer an obligation free initial consultation to discuss any upcoming building project.

Vault 77 Interiors -
With the recent addition of Eve Anderson to the team we have also expanded our interiors service to include furniture and soft furnishings due to her extensive experience in this area. We have a large range of sample products which we will be expanding and changing regularly. We have a designated Vault 77 photo album which we will update regularly to keep you informed of the products in the office.
