Newstead Lodge is privately owned by hosts Charlie and Jenny Evans and operated by ourselves plus a team of diverse staff with a range of experience from vet nursing to animal behaviour. Our top priority is to ensure that your pet feels like this is a “home away from home”.

Newstead Lodge was first established in 1961 and has grown to be one of the biggest boarding kennel and cattery facilities in the Waikato. We offer a range of services including Doggy day care, pet grooming and dog spa. We have a range of indoor and outdoor play areas to suite all weather conditions. We cater for dogs that like to play together or those that prefer their own company. Whether you are away for a day, a week or a month your pet will be safe, secure and content with us.
