Hi. I'm Angie and I've worked in food retail for many years off and on. Most recently, I have a regular stall at the Ohoka Farmers Market on a Friday morning selling handmade individual cakes and desserts - made the way cakes used to be made using only real ingredients.

Over the past year, I have noticed the huge number of people who are moving towards a whole food diet whether it be for health reasons or lifestyle. Often people are looking for sugar free, dairy free, gluten free or all of the above.

While doing a detox, I found out first hand how hard it was to find food that is not only free from animal products, gluten and sugar but also actually tasted good. I started experimenting and after mastering the basics of vegan cakes, I developed my own recipes.
