Mt Sandford Farmstay & Random Rides

Mt Sandford Farm Stay & Random Rides is a traditional kiwi farm stay with a twist. We offer BYO (Bring your own) independent horse trekking on 1300 acres of farm land, with a 20m round yard Horse playground. We also offer a range of other activities such as BYO (Bring your own) mountain biking, Clay bird shooting, Guided fishing amongst other things

Accommodation & Tariff

Accommodation
We offer a neat fully self contained cottage which has the following
• sleeps 10 (1 queen, 4 singles + 2 sofa beds) BYO tent, Woolshed also available for larger groups
• Duvets, blankets, pillows & tea towels provided but you must bring you own linen & towels
• It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge & microwave.
• It also has a CD player, TV with DVD player (no TV reception)
• BBQ,
• 6 Saddle racks, Horse holding paddocks with a horse friendly mix no rye!!

Accommodation Only
• $40 per night pp for accommodation
• $20 Children 12 and under, under 5 free

Accommodation & BYO Horse Trek
• $70 per night per horse (BYO) and rider for one day farm trek & accommodation
• $30 per one day BYO horse trek

Check in & Check out
• Check in is 1pm, Check out is 1pm
• Check in & check out times are flexible, unless there is a booking on the same day

Other
• $10 per Mountain bike
• $20 Dirt bike
• Clay bird shooting

Cancellation - Within 48 hours 50% payable
Trekking will be restricted between the dates of 31 August to 1 October Due to Lambing
