I am currently studying a certificate in personal fitness.

I am a 39 year old mother of two working full time and studying.

I have not always be interested in health and fitness and as a young child through to my teenage years I was overweight. I have however embarked on my own journey to lose excess weight and lead a healthier lifestyle, and it has been one of the best things I have done for myself.

My dream is to become qualified as a personal trainer so I can then use my knowledge and my personal experiences to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

I like the idea of training people in surroundings that they are comfortable in, which for some is not always inside a gym, so this is why I have chosen www.fitcollege.com.au to train with as my qualifications can help me achieve this.
