Cavi works by using cavitational lipolysis; this cavitation enables treating localised excess fat and reduces the accumulated layers.

What is Cavitation?
Cavitation can be used as part of the slimming process in order to treat localized fat deposits and accumulated layers of fat using a process known as “lipolysis.” Low frequency ultrasound generated by transducers use the water located in our cells as a vector to form bubbles. These bubbles expand and implode which weakens the membrane of the adipocytes and releases the triglycerides. The liquefied fat then passes through the lymphatic system and circulation to be eliminated by the liver, kidneys and macrophages. This process provides a loss in centimetres of the treated area with visible results from the first session.

It’s important to stay hydrated before, during and after the session to facilitate the release of fat.

Is it effective?
Results are visible in the first session; moreover if the treatments are in addition to diet and regular exercise. At each session you will be measured. Being well hydrated helps with obtaining the best results.

Is the treatment painful?
The treatment is non-invasive and therefore painless. Some clients may feel a mild tingling and/or warmth on the treated areas.

How many sessions are required?
The number of sessions differs between individuals. However, we suggest one session per week for up to eight weeks. Each treatment takes about an hour.

What part of the body can be treated?
Areas that can be treated include abdomen (love handles, saddle bags), arms (bat arms), hips, buttocks, thighs, knees and the calf area.
