Mentoring Milestones

My name is Jayde Eddy and I am a fully-qualified primary trained teacher who studied with Massey University to accomplish:

Bachelor of Education (Teaching) Primary
Diploma in Education
Post-Graduate Diploma in Special Education

I have also accomplished starting my own family and I am currently a stay-at-home mother to two beautiful girls. I have an absolute passion for teaching and learning and hope to provide the best tutoring service in Hawkes Bay!

Whether it is to get a bit of homework done, some remediation in Maths or English, extra practice in reading or writing or even to provide some proof-reading over essays I am the one to call on!

As a tutor I hope to provide my students:

Purposeful and enjoyable learning environments
Adaptability and responsiveness to the differing learning styles, needs and cultural backgrounds
To plan and organise specifically tailored activities and learning experiences
Skills and strategies for my students to develop independence and confidence in their learning
Encourage students to participate and develop responsibility for their own learning

I live in Greenmeadows and am available to work from here or come to your home.
