Whether you need a Primal Healing experience or simple relaxation, Kathryn’s unique approach to bodywork, provides balancing therapies customized for you. Trained as an H.H.P. Holistic Health Practitioner, in San Deigo, California Kathryn continues to expand her knowledge of Holistic Therapies around the world and here in New Zealand.

She has a strong interest in dynamic health and is well prepared to help you, help yourself. With qualifications in massage, Yoga, adult education, fitness, spa & body therapies combined with a history in martial arts, rehabilitation and breath/sound integration & dance, her skills continue to expand from their strong foundation. Kathryn openly shares her experiences with both clients and students.

Kathryn is available for private, couples and small group training in massage and movement.
