MegaTest is a locally owned New Zealand company based in Christchurch, specialising in the electrical safety testing of portable electric appliances, extension leads, multi boxes and RCD's.

We comply with the NZ Health and Safety Employment act 1992 and AS/NZS 3760 for the in service testing of electrical equipment.

Under the act, an employer has a duty under section 6c, to ensure that portable electric appliances used by employees are maintained and tested on a regular basis to ensure their operational safety.

We are fully mobile so can carry out any testing on site. We will give you a compressive test and asset schedule report.

We will monitor your expiry dates so you have peace of mind that your equipment and site safety is always up to date
