Marshall Day Acoustics is one of the world's leading acoustic consultancies. Our growth over the past 35 years now sees more than 80 professional staff employed throughout New Zealand, Australia, China, Hong Kong and France.

Sir Harold Marshall and Christopher Day established Marshall Day Acoustics some 30 years ago. Emeritus Professor Marshall is renowned for discovering the last significant room acoustic parameter, that is the importance of lateral reflections within performance space design.

Marshall Day’s technical resources are foremost having published over twenty technical papers and developed software, such as Insul, Zorba, IRIS and dBSea which are used in acoustic consultancies around the world.
