Mark Stewart's Fighting Fit Academy

Founded in1992, Mark Stewart established the Fighting Fit Academy with the sole purpose of teaching the ethos and disciplines of Ashihara Karate. 17 years on, the FFA has evolved into a comprehensive school offering core martial art disciplines including Karate, Thai Kick Boxing and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu.

At the Fighting Fit Academy programmes are available for all ages, levels of experience and fitness, from the popular Little Ninjas (4-6yrs) through to the life changing programme, the Ultimate Body Challenge, there is a course that will suit you.

Mark's philosophy is simple - to train and encourage people in a safe and non–intimidating environment while providing the platform to improve your fitness and self-development.
