I believe that our time on earth is too short to live a life that's anything less than extraordinary.

We all want to dream and we want to make it happen. We want to start over - many times if necessary, evolve, experiment, while finding inner peace and joy to be able to find and express our most authentic and creative voice while making a difference in the world.

My reason for doing this work is because I KNOW that, whatever the situation, there is always a way out and a fantastic opportunity for growth. I am here help you breakthrough, get rid of unconscious blocks and fall in love with yourself and your journey. I choose to live consciously and I am here to serve those who are determined the stop living on auto-pilot and are willing to take charge of their own lives.

My programmes consist of a spiritual philosophy framework combined with powerful tools of breakthrough life coaching and birth chart interpretation. In my opinion, these are the foundation for developing a sense of purpose and direction. All carefully organised in order to empower you to really come alive and live life like you mean it!

LIFE COACHING

Life Coaching is art & science coming together. It is a mixture of imagination and strategy, knowledge and intuition. It is a catalyst for transformation and a framework of powerful questions to help you find your own answers and bring your dreams to life. It empowers you to set purposeful and bold goals, identify your core values, unhelpful patterns, limiting beliefs and fears that are holding you back and preventing you from reaching your full potential.

SPIRITUAL SCIENCE

Anthroposophy is a non-religious spiritual philosophy founded by Rudolf Steiner and can be applied to many different areas such as medicine, education and agriculture. In my work, I incorporate a few Anthroposophical concepts relating to personal growth and spiritual development to help you develop self-awareness, find your mission on earth, increase compassion for our human condition and live your life consciously.

ASTROLOGY

Astrology is an endless source of wisdom and a fantastic tool for self-discovery. I believe that when it comes to our mission and purpose in life, the stars have a say, and we should listen. In my work, I tend to turn to Astrology lastly, after you've had the opportunity to come up with your own answers first, as when we link your own discoveries with what is written in the stars everything just clicks together - like magic!
