Marco's Woodfired

The story so far…..
Many years ago I bought the beautiful plywood retro caravan. I renovated it but never put it on the road.
In the winter of 2015 I reborned it into the fashion it is now. I got all the permissions and set up at the ‘Pocket Park’ in Bridge Street, Nelson.
Now the giddy heights of technology have arrived and I have my own Facebook page, who would have thought.
Like I said, I’m at 53 Bridge Street with Michael (famous sliders) and others. Or you’ll see me cruising around here and there selling the best woodfired pizza. Summer is over but I'm not taking off. Marco's is in it for the long haul!

I'm Mark and I've been cooking for a long time in various restaurants in the Tasman region. It had always been a dream to go my own way and Marco's Woodfired is that dream realised. It's just me running the show and my family help out at events.
