For those of you who know me, know it’s an understatement when I say I am a fan of massage. I have found myself having them almost as a weekly ritual over the past few years and the benefits have improved so many parts of my life.

There are so many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of massage and I aim to cater to as many of these as I can on every visit.

Massage to me is not only help to my physical self, but it also helps my mind set and emotional wellbeing too. The biggest thing for me is that it gives me time completely for myself to relax and to put back some of the energy I have used elsewhere.

The name Mangalam is a Buddhist term which encompasses prosperity, happiness and blessings which is ideally the foundation values this business is based upon. But let’s not forget the affordability part too.
