At the Mad Butcher Hastings there is a wonderful mixture of experience and youth in the staff. The owner Jim Moyler known as the “old timer” has 50 years experience and knowledge in selling meat and leads a team of young enthusiastic tradesman/women butchers.

The Mad Butcher Hastings is committed to delivering world class service and there is nothing that is too much trouble for this team. All of the store butchers are highly trained in the preparation of all meats with a great offering available at all times of conventional meat cuts along speciality and value added cuts and a great offering of hangi meats.
